Day 1: Travel to Volcanoes national park

From the agreed destination, the safari driver arrives on time to pick you up for the safari. With a warm welcome, he gives a briefing about the trip and any other expectations of the day and then start the trip to the park. Day 2: Trekking for gorillas and community walk

Waking up to the stunning views of the Virunga mountains and then have breakfast before heading to the headquarters of the park in Musanze. Immediately after the briefing, the guide leads you into the forest with other tourists if available to add up to 8. This is one of the most thrilling experiences adventurers enjoy in Africa. One hour with the gorillas, observing their behaviors is a lifetime memory. There are a lot of birds singing in the forest alongside monkeys’ loud grunts.

We get back to the lodge and relax a little before having lunch and later on visit Musanze village for an insight of how Rwandese live socially. Interact with some people and know more about their life, business, culture and other life experiences.

Day 3: Return to Kigali for a city tour and end the safari

A visit to Kigali Genocide Memorial is a good opportunity to draw clear pictures of what happened during the 1994 Rwanda genocide.
